Pool Tile Grout Repair Kit

Pool Patch™ Pool Tile Grout Repair Kit is composed of our waterproof Portland cement based grout specifically designed to minimize the discoloring effects caused by chemicals used in pool maintenance. Our grout includes specially graded silica sand and colorfast pigments that form a dense matrix. Designed for ceramic, glass or porcelain swimming pool waterline and cap tiles. In addition, our Pool Patch™ Pool Tile Grout Repair Kit contains a special acrylic-polymer latex admixture for a superior grout that offers ease of workability and clean-up, rapid cure, high compressive strength, low shrinkage, and excellent bond strength. Perfect for filling in grout voids and grouting brand new swimming pool tiles.

  1. Lower pool water 4" belolw tile repair area.
  2. Remove existing loose material and grout.
  3. Add 2 oz. of LIQUID CEMENT BONDER per 1½ lb. of DRY POOL PATCH GROUT MIX.
  4. Add water and mix until a putty consistency is achieved.
  5. Apply GROUT MIX filling in pool tile area to be grouted and allow to dry for 5 minutes.
  6. Use a damp sponge and lightly wipe off excess pool tile grout to a smooth joint.
  7. Allow to dry 2 hours then wipe off remaining film with dry cloth.

Pool Patch™ Pool Tile Setting Repair Kit is composed of our polymer modified blended bonding cement designed to set ceramic or porcelain swimming pool waterline and cap tiles into place. When selecting your Pool Tile Setting Repair Kit be sure to select the appropriate color to coordinate with your pool tile grout. Use a gray Pool Tile Setting Repair Kit if you have gray colored grout. Use a white Pool Tile Setting Repair Kit if you have white colored grout. Perfect for attaching swimming pool tiles that have fallen off, or installing brand new tiles.

  1. Lower pool water 4" belolw tile repair area.
  2. Remove existing loose material and grout.
  3. Check surface of area with tile to becertain it will install flust prior to setting.
  4. Add water to SETTING MIX and mix until a putty consistency is achieved.
  5. Apply SETTING MIX with a ¼" notched trowel to the back of the pool tile or to the surface, push pool tile into position flush with existing tile surface. If pool tile is not setting flush remove excess SETTING MIX to achive flush installation.
  6. Allow pool to dry before applying POOL PATCH GROUT REPAIR.
